Young Blues ready to write the next chapter of a rich history, says Neil Craig

Carlton has a rich history to draw on, but their young list is ready to write the next chapter.

The Blues’ Director of Coaching and Development Neil Craig told Sports Today the club is ‘basically starting again.’

‘The guys here now have an opportunity to create their own history,’ Craig said on Wednesday.

Craig joined Carlton in September, and he says he could immediately feel the enormous history of the club when he walked through the club’s doors.

He said new coach Brendon Bolton has a great skill set, and is a clear communicator.

‘He’s got a crystal clear picture in his head on the way he wants to play and, just as importantly, the way to coach that.’
