Woman fatally stabbed in Endeavour Hills

A woman has been fatally stabbed in Endeavour Hills earlier today.

Police have been told an altercation occurred between a male and a female in Kassan Gardens about 7.30am, with the female pronounced deceased shortly after.

A man was taken to hospital in a serious condition under police guard, and it is believed the parties are known to each other.
