Woman slashes pedestrians with knife outside Commercial Road IGA

A woman has walked out of an IGA on Commercial Road with a Stanley knife and slashed pedestrians on the street.

Four people are injured, with one of the victims gashed in the face by the dangerous woman. Police have caught the culprit and were holding her down outside of the store.
