Woman killed in fatal smash at Narre Warren North

A woman has been killed after head-on crash at Narre Warren North.

The two-car collision happened on Heatherton Road, at Fairmont Court about 2.30pm on Friday.

Paramedics were unable to revive a female driver who died at the scene.

A 43-year-old Narre Warren man was arrested and is assisting police with their enquiries.

Peak hour traffic is expected to be heavily affected.
