Woman heading out for fish and chips busted drink driving at Gladstone Park

A woman going out for fish and chips has been caught at almost five times the blood alcohol limit.
The 63-year-old woman first got the attention of police as she repeatedly mounted the curb attempting to make a right hand turn at Gladstone Park around 4pm on Monday.
Police breath tested the driver, the reading was .247, almost five times the legal blood alcohol limit.
The woman told police she had gone out for fish and chips.
She’s had her licence suspended for 12 months.
She is expected to be charged on summons for drink driving and other related offences.
