A family who was left angry after the Mornington Peninsula Shire failed to respond to them after their elderly mother fell due to dodgy pavement has provided an update.

Daniel Ellis says the bricks where his mother fell has now been fixed.

“I went down last Friday and the bricks where she went down have actually been lifted out of the ground, filled with bitumen, stuffed to brick level, they’ve certainly been fixed,” he told Tom Elliott.
