Why Wildlife Victoria has recorded ‘significant’ increases in calls this spring
Wildlife Victoria have revealed they’ve seen a significant increase in calls to their emergency response service this spring.
Chief executive officer, Lisa Palmer, says they’ve seen a 50 per cent increase.
“In September for example, we took just over 14,000 calls for help into our emergency response service from the public versus just 9000 the September prior,” she told Neil Mitchell.
