Why Victorian drivers are pushing for car registration cuts

An online petition that has more than 66,000 signatures and counting is calling for Victorian drivers to get a discount on car registration due to the pandemic.

Dion, who created the “VicRoads Rego Fair Go” petition, told Tom Elliott it was only fair, given the significant drop in use for cars and financial struggles many had endured due to lockdown.
