Why Tom Elliott got ‘quite the shock’ on Thursday morning

The Elliott family got “quite the shock” on Thursday morning when they went outside to find their new family car on bricks.

The front and rear wheel on the driver’s side had been stolen overnight.

“As you can imagine, we got quite the shock,” Tom Elliott said.
