The aviation sector is showing signs of rebounding from COVID but travellers have been told it won’t be a completely smooth ride.

There are still several issues and delays annoying passengers at Melbourne Airport at certain times.

Graham Turner, CEO of Flight Centre, told Neil Mitchell there were a number of factors at play, but staff shortages were a huge issue.

“To save costs, we’ve obviously had to put a lot of people off and there is a shortage of people coming back,” he said

“It’s not only an Australian problem.”
