It’s widely reported seven of Australia’s largest sporting codes will unite and actively campaign for the Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

Tom Elliott says they should stay out of the matter.

But Sam Duncan, Associate Dean of Higher Education and Sport at the Holmesglen Institute, said it was “the world we live in” and sport had always been intertwined with political issues of the day.
