Pill testing is not the “panacea” to help alleviating the problems with drug overdoses at rave festivals, according to Wayne Gatt.

His comments come after a recent Flemington festival, which saw multiple young people land up in hospital as a result of overdoses.

“Our position hasn’t changed on this,” the police union boss told Jacqui Felgate on 3AW Drive.
