Why Georgie Purcell is dishing the ‘dirt’ on herself
Animal Justice Party MP Georgie Purcell isn’t your typical politician.
It’s no surprise to those close to Ms Purcell that she’s ended up in politics. As a nine-year-old, she wrote a song called Polling Booth Rock and performed it to her parents during the 2001 election.
But she breaks the mold — she’s heavily tattoos, has worked as a stripper, and she’s been arrested for her activism.
She opened up about the “dirt” in her past in the first episode of new podcast, Neil Mitchell Asks Why.
