Employers looking for curious employees should ask prospective staff about their reading behaviour, new research indicates.

A study from the University of Melbourne and RMIT has found a link between curiosity and the amount of time spent reading during childhood.

Applied and behavioural economist at RMIT University, Meg Elkins, says “there’s a really good link”.
