Melbourne entrepreneur Danny Wallis is riding a postie bike 1500km over five days.

He’s one of 30 riding the bikes to raise awareness and fund for Bridge Builders Youth Charity, which helps disadvantaged kids.

He rode from Lilydale to Sorrento this morning, and spoke to Neil Mitchell while onboard the ferry to Queenscliff.

Once he arrives, he’ll ride to Apollo Bay.

“It’s all fun, certainly something different,” he said.

But it’s not an easy journey.

“How are my legs? They’re not working too well but I’ve still got them!,” he said.

You can donate to Danny’s charity ride HERE.
