The family of doctor Ash Gordon have launched a petition which urges the state government to crack down on youth crime, with three key pieces of legislation their prime focus.

Ash Gordon was tragically killed earlier this year in January after an alleged home invasion in Doncaster involving two teenagers, and his sister Natalie is demanding action.

“Unfortunately if these young people aren’t held responsible for their minor actions early on, then their actions become more major,” Natalie told Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings.

Press PLAY to hear the three changes they’d like to state government to make

The family hopes the petition can obtain 10,000 signatures by November 22.
