What Peter Ford finds interesting about the Gladiator II hype (and his expectations for Wicked)

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has weighed in on the “hype and hysteria” surrounding Gladiator II, the sequel to director Ridley Scott’s 2000 blockbuster starring Russell Crowe.

Ford highlighted the strategy movie companies are getting very good at when it comes to generating hype for a particular movie.

“There’s quite an art to fixing people’s mindset ready to watch something,” he told Ross and Russ.
