Optus didn’t act fast enough, quickly lost trust and the CEO was “too emotional” in responding to the massive data breach, says the Managing Director at Project PR & Media.

“In my opinion, she was too emotional, she wasn’t prepared and she wasn’t confident in her interviews,” Alicia Grabowski said on 3AW Afternoons.
