What is known about the terrorist attack in New Orleans

It’s thought a man who committed a terrorist attack in New Orleans which left 15 dead and many others injured was not working alone.

Former FBI special agent Rick Smith says the finding of a ISIS flag and likely some intelligence led investigators to suspect the attack was terror-related.

“Many people are scared, there’s evidently at least one other suspect out there,” he told 3AW Breakfast.

The man, who was killed by police in a shoot-out, drove his truck into crowds celebrating the new year.
