‘What a game of footy!’: How the final minutes of Easter Monday classic played out on 3AW

The Cats prevailed over the Hawks by seven points in an Easter Monday classic in front of a packed out MCG, and the 3AW commentary team loved the drama.

Richmond great Matthew Richardson said the game had “everything”, while Tim Lane and Tony Leonard delivered a great call of the thrilling final minutes!

“What a game of footy, you can feel the tingles going through you here, that’s how good it is,” Richardson said on 3AW Football.
