3AW Football trio Matthew Lloyd, Matthew Richardson and Cameron Ling all took the Freeze MND plunge on Monday to help raise funds to fight the crippling disease with no known cure.

It was cold enough outside, let alone wearing a ridiculous costume and sliding into a pool full of ice!

But the boys did us proud!
