Sam McClure confused as to why Craig McRae wasn’t fined for his umpiring comments

After their close loss to Sydney on Friday night, Collingwood coach Craig McRae said an unpaid fifty metre penalty would’ve been paid at the MCG.

On Wide World of Sports, Sam McClure is confused by the AFL’s response to Craig McRae’s comments and didn’t know why he wasn’t fined as a result.

“When provided with a simple opportunity to publicly declare it’s reassurance for the men and women who adjudicate our game, the league chooses to warn rather then act,” McClure said on Wide World of Sports.
