Wanted Oakleigh hit-run driver identity revealed

Police have revealed the identity of the driver they’re hunting over a hit run collision at Oakleigh that killed a nurse.

Police are urging Sebastian Kennett to hand himself in.

They say they’re closing in on the 20-year-old and it’s only a matter of time before he’s caught.
