Video: Bizarre behaviour in car park caught on camera

A woman in the car park of a shopping centre in Melbourne’s outer east has been caught on camera behaving rather bizarrely on Saturday afternoon.

The Rumour File heard the woman was seen in Vermont South over the weekend, shovel in hand, helping herself to some dirt from the public space.

“Do you think she was cleaning the car park or getting herself some dirt?” Ross asked.

“I think she was getting herself some dirt because she walked it home, all three bags,” Dirt Cheap said.
