Victoria’s top cop says women should be respected all the time.

It comes after two Collingwood footballers filmed themselves rating women online.

Jack Ginnivan and Isaac Quaynor are seen in the TikTok clip laying in bed issuing ratings out of 10.

They have since apologised, saying it was a mistake.

Chief Commissioner Shane Patton was asked what he thought of the video by Neil Mitchell.

“Firstly, I think they’re matters for the AFL and Collingwood football club – they’re not criminal offences,” he said.

“The only thing I would say – women deserve to be, and should be, respected all the time.

“Everybody needs to bear that in mind in the way they’re engaging in this community (with) what they’re saying and what they’re doing.

“It’s about making sure women are respected, that’s all I’ll say.”
