Victorian Government announces review into takeover of Anglesea Caravan Park
The Victorian government has announced a review into the takeover process that led to the Anglesea Caravan Park being stripped from a family which had managed the park for more than 20 years.
The current operators were asked to submit a tender to GORCC, but at the end of the tender process, GORCC controversially awarded the tender to itself.
It left many in the local community outraged.
Minister Lily D’Ambrosio told 3AW Drive the public scrutiny and response warranted a review.
‘I want the facts,’ she said.
