Victorian Energy Minister says nuclear power is ‘definitely’ off the cards in the state

Victorian Energy Minister Lily D’Ambrosio says nuclear power is “definitely” off the cards in the state.

She echoed the same words as Premier Jacinta Allan today, who said nuclear power is “toxic, risky and expensive”.

“If you’re really serious about helping people with the cost of living and reducing their energy bills, the last thing you would do is talk about nuclear,” Ms D’Ambrosio said.
