Victoria Police faces questions over ‘secret’ details in compensation settlements
Victoria Police is facing questions over why details of compensation payouts are almost always kept secret from the public.

Chief Commissioner Shane Patton told Neil Mitchell in “most cases” it was the plaintiff, not police, seeking to have the details of the settlement kept secret.
