What led Peter Ford to bring up one of Australia’s biggest celebrity scandals

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has brought up the infamous celebrity scandal involving socialite Primrose ‘Pitty Pat’ Dunlop, who was left at the altar at her lavish Venice wedding back in 1990.

It comes after the news of Dunlop’s death at the age of 70 after battling dementia, with 3AW Breakfast host Ross Stevenson stating he had forgotten about the scandal until he read about the socialite’s death this morning.

“The backstory is very interesting, it’s the sort of stuff they should be making a TV series out of,” Ford told Ross and Russel.
