Vape residue deemed extremely harmful but a retired GP thinks otherwise

Vaping has become more common than smoking a cigarette over the past few years but its starting to be understood that it may be more harmful than cigarettes.
Retired GP Dr Colin Mendelsohn now founding Chairman of the Australian Tobacco Harm Reduction Association joined Neil this morning to discuss the issue.
It was deemed that Vape residue left on clothes and surfaces poses a greater health risk than cigarette residue and can cause serious lung disease, a study has found, with children the most likely to be affected.
Dr Mendelsohn disagrees saying “cigarette smoke contains seven thousand chemicals where vapor typically has one hundred to one hundred and fifty chemicals in very small doses but the important thing is vaping is far less harmful”
