‘Utterly disgusting’: Oscar Allen slammed for meeting with Sam Mitchell

3AW Breakfast sports reporter Jon Anderson has slammed West Coast Eagles captain Oscar Allen for meeting with Hawthorn head coach Sam Mitchell earlier this week.

The journalist labelled the whole situation “utterly disgusting”, and has called for Allen to stand down straight away as captain of the Eagles.

Collingwood premiership captain Tony Shaw addressed the situation on Wide World of Sports on Wednesday night, and told Jimmy Bartel “it’s a different life” to what it was like when he was playing.

“I just don’t like the look,” Shaw said on 3AW.
