Unseasonable mid-November snow falls in Victoria’s High Country
Unseasonable snow has fallen in Victoria’s High Country.
At Mount Buller, 15cm to 20cm of snow has fallen.
3AW Drive’s snow reporter, Dave Clark, says it’s not unusual to have snow in mid-November.
But it is unusual to have this month.
“I was so tempted to find the key to the chair lift … and fire it up and go for a ride after this season that we’ve been through. All the ski resorts were decimated by the lockdowns we’ve been through,” he told Tom Elliott.
“It’s kind of just rubbing it in, isn’t it?”
