Union boss threatens industrial action if state government bans duck hunting

CFMEU boss John Setka has slammed a bid being considered by the state government to ban duck hunting.

Mr Setka said 80 per cent of his members are against banning duck hunting, which he thought was “pretty resounding”, and claimed Victoria was becoming a “nanny state”.

“We’re not going to be able to do anything soon, it’s getting a bit ridiculous Neil to be quite honest,” Mr Setka told Neil Mitchell.
