Two people killed on Victorian roads overnight

Two people have been killed on Victorian roads overnight.

A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries when he was hit by a car while crossing Heatherton Road at Noble Park just after 8.30pm.

The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and assisted police with their enquiries.

Another person was killed in a single car crash at Heathcote just before midnight.

The driver is yet to be identified.

Police are investigating.
