Three men found dead near Warrnambool

Three people have been found dead near Warrnambool.

Police are investigating.

Two men were found with fatal wounds on the side of the road at Kirkstall, north-west of Warrnambool, on Friday.

Both men, who are yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.

A short time later, police found another man dead at a Chamberlain Street address.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined.

Police believe the parties involved were known to each other.
