Truck jackknifes and loses its load on Hume Freeway

Traffic is being diverted southbound on the Hume Fwy between Kalkallo and Beveridge after a truck jackknifed and lost its load across multiple lanes.

The load ended up on its side about 10.30am, the truck is now blocking city-bound lanes a few blocks before Donnybrook Road.

There is extra traffic along Merriang Rd and Donnybrook Rd as a result.
