Treasurer Tim Pallas sings the Western Bulldogs club song on 3AW

Tim Pallas is a happy man.

Not only is the Victorian Treasurer celebrating the $9.7 billion windfall from the lease of Port of Melbourne – his footy team is also on the verge of a spot in the grand final.

Mr Pallas joined Tony Jones in studio on Tuesday to discuss both.

He labelled the significantly higher than expected windfall for the lease of the port a ‘great outcome’ for the state.

Tony then put the Western Bulldogs fan on the spot, asking Mr Pallas if he knew the words to the club song.

And he didn’t disappoint!
