Transport expert says we are treating taxi drivers ‘appallingly’ in Victoria

A draft proposal has been put forward and if accepted it will result in Taxi fares increasing by 20 percent over the last three years.

Transport advocate and former leader of the Transport Matters Party Rod Barton joined 3AW Drive earlier this afternoon to discuss the alarming taxi situation.

“Taxi fares in Victoria are the lowest in the country and have been for many years,” Barton said on 3AW Drive
