Top Melbourne barrister taking Qantas to court over ‘absolutely disgraceful’ conduct
A top Melbourne barrister is taking Qantas to court over “corporate theft”.
Former Victorian Crown prosecutor, Gavin Silbert KC, received a $5900 credit from the airline for flights cancelled due to COVID-19.
But he told Neil Mitchell Qantas has “completely and utterly ignored” his attempts to redeem the credit, so he’s going to court.
