Tom Elliott’s ‘shocking’ customer service experience with insurance company

Tom Elliott has taken aim at CGU Insurance after highlighting the “shocking” customer service he’s experienced with the company recently.

The 3AW Mornings host had to “vent his spleen” to start off his program on Tuesday, after a mishap which began at his home over one year ago.

“I’m aiming this at CGU, your service used to be good, now it is shocking,” he said.
