Tom Elliott: The ‘real’ housing problem Australia faces

With rental prices rising by an average of 14 per cent in the year to February, The Greens are pushing for a rent freeze.

But Tom Elliott says that won’t solve Australia’s rental woes.

“They rightly point out that rents have risen a lot … but a rent freeze will not solve the problem,” the 3AW Drive host said.
