Tom Elliott reacts with disappointment to local footy change

Tom Elliott says he’s disappointed by news he won’t be allowed on the field at quarter-time and three-quarter time for his daughter’s footy games this year.

Parents will be barred from entering the field during breaks in the Yarra Junior Football League in a bid to crackdown on bad behaviour and improve the experience for players.

“I would have liked to have seen a less heavy-handed response,” he said.
