Tom Elliott quizzes top roads cop

Tom Elliott was joined by Victoria’s top road safety cop Doug Fryer today.

Yesterday, Tom said it was time stop cutting speed limits in metropolitan areas and to shift the road safety focus more firmly on regional roads, where roughly two thirds of fatalities happen.

Doug Fryer responded to that today.
