Tom Elliott calls out St Kilda following gender quota job application criteria

Tom Elliott has called out the St Kilda Football Club after a recent job application outlined a gender quota ambition as one of its employer questions.

Tom urged the Saints to focus on on-field success, rather than look to hire people based on quotas.

“The St Kilda footy club want 20 per cent of their employees to identify as some other gender (other than male or female),” he said on 3AW Drive.

“Honestly St Kilda, you’ve only ever won one flag and I’d be focusing on winning a second.”
