Tom Elliott blasts ‘utter madness’ decision to allow murderer out of prison to receive IVF

Tom Elliott has been left incensed by a decision to allow a murderer to leave jail to receive IVF treatment.

It emerged on Wednesday that Alicia Schiller – who stabbed a mother and was sentenced to 16 years jail in 2017 – has been approved to leave prison to receive treatment.

Tom said it was “utter madness” that she was able to leave jail considering her serious charges.

“This is utter madness,” the 3AW Mornings host said.

“I couldn’t be more angry about this – why on earth would we help this woman have an IVF baby, she’s in jail for murder.”
