‘Thugs’: Tom Elliott calls for inquiry into far-left extremism following chaotic CBD protests

Tom Elliott has called for an inquiry into far-left extremism as protesters gather outside of the Land Forces expo for the second straight day.

The 3AW Mornings host yesterday said he was “ashamed and saddened” to be a Melburnian, and has doubled down on his strong comments towards the protesters.

“I think we need an inquiry into far left extremism … those protesters yesterday are left-wing thugs,” he said.
