Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, halved and pitted
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp sugar
- 60ml vodka or gin
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Grill the Peach:
- Grill peach halves, cut side down, for 3-4 minutes until caramelized. Cool and dice.
- Muddle and Mix:
- Muddle grilled peach, basil, sugar, and lime juice in a shaker. Add vodka or gin and shake with ice.
- Assemble:
- Pour over ice in a glass, top with soda water, and garnish with a basil sprig.
