A new study has found techniques to reduce anger including venting and jogging don’t actually work.
Postdoctoral Fellow at The Injury and Violence Prevention Program at Virginia Commonwealth University, Dr Sophie Kjaervik, said “there is previous research to show this, it’s just not talked about”.
