‘They struggle’: North premiership player endorses club selling home games
Two-time North Melbourne premiership player Corey McKernan says small home crowds leaves the club with little choice but to explore ways to maximise revenue elsewhere.

McKernan told Wide World of Sports he was left disappointed by the turnout at some Melbourne home games last season.

“There were certain games (in 2024) where you would’ve thought they’d be a lot more North Melbourne fans there,” he said on 3AW.
“I’ve been to games where you think you’d get decent crowds…for North it seems like they struggle to get over 20,000.”
