‘There’s no secrets’: Sam Mitchell speaks on James Sicily’s position next season

Hawthorn are one of the top premiership contenders in season 2025 and have boosted their chances with the defensive additions of Tom Barrass and Josh Battle in the off-season.

Captain James Sicily has the ability to play both ends of the ground at a very high level and the question has been raised if he will play as a forward next season.

Hawks coach Sam Mitchell joined Wide World of Sports and was asked if his star defender will make the positional switch.

“They’ll be watching us train, there’s no secrets needed,” Mitchell said on Wide World of Sports
